Mr B Reviews My Books!

Mr B recently reached out to me to tell me that he was enjoying my books. Being the ever-entrepreneurial entrepreneur that I am, I asked him if he could kindly write some short reviews. Here’s what he had to say (I’ve linked to each book individually when mentioned):

*****

I have read them — as odd as it sounds — in a non-traditional order, and my reviews will follow that same sequence.

GEHK V2

Speaking of non-traditional order, I have found it interesting that this was out before its predecessor Volume 1, that’s why I have actually started with this. Though the final volume number assignment looks quite reasonable: one needs to daygame first to have some numbers collected, on which the texting practices can be applied from then. Nice. I think everyone should read this once. I’ve believed I text fine, but after finishing the book I needed to admit that I’ve learned not one, not two, but a number of technics. It supports the catch-up from the very beginning level thanks to the exact delay times advised, how many hours/ days to wait with this and that. It gives the receipt for the perfect balance of keeping ourselves in our prey’s mind and still not appearing needy. It also helped to teach me reading the metadata: the girl’s response time, verbosity, perceived vibe etc. to estimate how probable the given date/lay is.

GEHK V1

A stunning piece of work. It introduces the reader to the frame of this whole daygaming concept with highly detailed step-by-step practical guides on how to get started. I’ve started to listening daygame-related podcasts even before, but often needed to translate some abbreviations that its kitchen language requires, or just didn’t understand if I couldn’t at the moment. Since this book traverses through all the frequent terms, and they were reiterated many many times, finally I could understand talks about daygame from then on. A good bonus take￾away.

Crash Queens and Motorbabies

A nice continuation to the previous one, which also focuses on how to keep a healthy mindset along this journey. Because it’s fairly easy to be happy if all clicks together every now and then and we’re bathing in the various happy hormones, but with this book you can get prepared onto the hard times, how to keep faith until luck finds us again. It provides a great analytical breakdown on how the body and mind works controlled with the hormones. With this knowing, we can turn it to our advantage.

Dead!

Before purchasing this one, I have had some second thoughts on what to expect. More specifically on that matter, if I would just get a copy-paste on some of the lay reports already available on the website? It was worth to check this out too, because I had to state that that fear was baseless.

The book consists of a well-selected list of lay reports, which are so heterogeneous, that each one of them tells you an entirely different situation. I much appreciate the keyword assignments “tags”, that can plot it to you what to expect in the coming pages. The level of details are so high, that I could imagine them in my head as they storyline went on. And these details not only covered the “what happened”, but we could get into the thinking of Thomas for the “why”s. Why he did a certain step, what factors he considered during the talks/texts/dates. When to floor the gas, and when it seemed to better backing off in the hope of a longer game, when the win will come a bit later.

I’m about to continue with the last one the “Demolition Lovers”, but it hasn’t arrived in my postbox yet. Can’t wait to start that.

Summarising the 4 finished books above: they are really great. Lots of practical info delivered in an easy-read style. Thanks.
