I had been passively consuming game content for a couple of years, going out a couple times to do day game, but mostly walked around with approach anxiety and without doing anything. I finally decided to sign up with for a bootcamp after I broke up with someone I was seeing, and decided I need to take action. I wanted to both be forced to approach (accountability), but also have someone who can give me expert feedback, so that each approach can bring learnings. I chose Tom because he offered a price-competitive bootcamp that was also 1:1 coaching. Also, once I started reading his e-book, I loved the transparency and honesty with which he treated different topics. For example, he talks honestly about the fact that most (80-90%) of women will never be attracted to you, and there’s nothing you can do about that. While other coaches that prey on people’s insecurities say that you can attract anyone, you just need to learn “verbal skills”.
Apart from the approaches and the feedback, a big part of the value for me was hanging out around Tom and his friends, and learning from their experiences. Also, watching Tom demo and getting help with texting was great. Also, his detailed tips about how to make eye contact and remain present as you walked through the street were illuminating, and I felt like I was in the presence of an experienced gamer. After the second day of coaching I felt I had overcome my biggest fears and challenges, and that I had some momentum to try to practice this on my own. If you want some personal attention, honest feedback, and being around someone with great skills, you should definitely work with Tom.
